After a beautiful weekend on the prairie riding horse and camping, we are now experiencing more rain. This last inch will make the prairie an incredible site. The native grasses will be reaching to the sun and visitors are sure to see a sea of flowers in all the colors nature can imagine. The cattle and horses that graze the land will also appreciate the grasses as spring moves into summer.
The Memorial Monday group was thrilled with the accommodations and the potluck supper made the day on the prairie perfect. Let us know if we can help make your next group outing an experience on the prairie. We will be hosting new faculty from North Dakota State University and University of North Dakota this summer, along with a variety of boy scout troops. Take advantage of our location… close enough but secluded to make your day in the prairie and night under the stars one you will never forget.
