Fall has "started" this week with cooler temperatures.  With the latest rain, the grass is still amazingly green and the creeks are running full strength.  We have a tour today and I'm anxious to hike to the top of Black Butte and see what the countryside looks like.  Also hoping the creek isn't TOO full so we can pass through without fear of mud up to our ankles.  If so, it's good North Dakota mud and will wash off!

We are anxious to host the Telecommunications marketers in September.  We always learn a little from our guests and this group from across North Dakota should be no exception.  Last weekend's Boy Scout group was also fun - lots of returners and a few new little feet on the ground.  The mosquitoes are a bit strong right now, so bug spray is a necessary evil.

Looking forward to warm days and cool nights on North Dakota's prairie.
